6. Electronics Mounts for Rocket


3D printed UV sensor mounts for high powered rocket; the mounts allowed for aerodynamic attachment of outward facing UV sensors on the rocket for a mile-high launch

As part of our participation in the NASA Student Launch Contest, we were required to conduct an experiment as part of the rocket launch or as a payload. We chose to use the rocket’s ascent and descent to an elevation of one mile to collect UV radiation data for different altitudes.
